I have something I wrote for the FTP exit points also.  However when you
start thinking of all the exit points, keeping current with them all and
whatnot then you might be better off with a canned solution.  We went with
Pentasafe.

I have a shareware tool available at a very low cost for FTP.  One of these
days (when I find time) I play on getting it to work on all TCPIP exit
points.  But for now, it does a great job for FTP protection, and it has a
couple other tricks up it's sleve (like allowing you to run programs when
an
FTP option is performed).
