Pat,

Thanks for the link.  Unfortunately, it doesn't (and probably shouldn't)
address the Xerox printers like the 4850 that use Xerox Document Print
Executive/400 to do forms processing.  I appreciate your time, though.

This is document # 21800848 and it doesn't show that exact
model number but has many others that might be close enough.
