You said "entry fields" So you must use SFLINZ not SFLCLR. Also note that the roll keys only work when the cursor is in one of the subfiles. =========================================================== R. Each has 35 entries, five per line. They use SFLPAG(35), SFLSIZ(35) and SFLLIN(5). This sets up a nice array of 35 enterable fields. > >I'd like to double the number of entries and still leave the screen handling under the control of the display file. I can't for the life of me figure out how to do it. I tried simply bumping SFLSIZ to 70, but when I do that, I can't use the roll keys. So I added the ROLLUP and ROLLDOWN keys, and, as I expected, hitting a roll key acts in the program as if I hit enter. I don't want to return to the program, I simply want to roll back and forth through the two pages. > >What's the magic combination of keywords that allow this to happen? > >+--- >| This is the Midrange System Mailing List! >| To submit a new message, send your mail to MIDRANGE-L@midrange.com. >| To subscribe to this list send email to MIDRANGE-L-SUB@midrange.com. >| To unsubscribe from this list send email to MIDRANGE-L-UNSUB@midrange.com. >| Questions should be directed to the list owner/operator: david@midrange.com >+--- +--- | This is the Midrange System Mailing List! | To submit a new message, send your mail to MIDRANGE-L@midrange.com. | To subscribe to this list send email to MIDRANGE-L-SUB@midrange.com. | To unsubscribe from this list send email to MIDRANGE-L-UNSUB@midrange.com. | Questions should be directed to the list owner/operator: david@midrange.com +---
