This will give you a list of files.  Look at the names and sizes.  Can probably just guess at that point.

 

Or better yet.  RMVM QRPGSRC *ALL

 

You wont find out as fast that something was done, but loose your source code and you are screwed.

 

I would say that if any “hacker” gets to the point of being able to run a command or program, you have big problems!  I would focus on stopping this from happening.
