I haven't seen any documentation. I suspect that IBM is laying the foundation for a future where you can buy an eServer iSeries Model 38 or something with 32 processors + 128,000 CPW and then you buy as much "interactive capability" as you need and as much "DB capability" as you need... They might even start pricing batch workload as a separate itme. I am expecting that the raw power will be cheap, the "interactive capability" and "DB capability" will take your breath away. Charly > >From: "David Morris" <dmorris@plumcreek.com> > >Other than the help text "The percentage of processor database >capability that was used during the elapsed time. Database >capability is the maximum CPU utilization available for database >processing on this server." on the WRKSYSSTS screen, I have yet >to locate anything that describes what this is telling me. Can anyone >point me to where this is documented? > _________________________________________________________________ Get your FREE download of MSN Explorer at http://explorer.msn.com +--- | This is the Midrange System Mailing List! | To submit a new message, send your mail to MIDRANGE-L@midrange.com. | To subscribe to this list send email to MIDRANGE-L-SUB@midrange.com. | To unsubscribe from this list send email to MIDRANGE-L-UNSUB@midrange.com. | Questions should be directed to the list owner/operator: david@midrange.com +---
