3. How do you create tables for development?  Scripts in source PF's?  By
hand?  Programs?  Other (please describe)?
***For newly created tables and indexes, or for tables/indexes created via
SQL. We use SQL scripts in source PF's.
***For existing files and logicals created in DDS we continue to make
changes using DDS.

4. If you use scripts in source pf's, do you create a single table per
script or multiple tables per script?
***Both

5. Do you recreate the tables in your production environment or move them
from your development environment?
***Recreate tables into production environment.  This is the way our change
management system handles it.
