Re: reset *SDLC modem

I don't know the model (it is 200 miles from our office - but if that is the
key to the problem, i will check).

What is causing the hang ? No idea
Hang= message saying that the system is unable to call the specified
controller. After resetting the modem, i just enter 'Retry' and it runs
again.
