I found it as soon as I went on site.  Setup Printer, choose SYSTEM

I have a client who has a 3486 Infowindow and wants to use the print key to the system printer.  The terminal does not have a direct attach printer.  Pressing the print key results in a message line that contains some cmd key info and a small page image with a line through it.  It seems to be saying press enter to print (I'm not there now) but no output ever gets spooled.  I don't have a manual and cannot seem to find one on line. 

 

Can anyone explain the trick to me.
