a little scant on information, but, presupposing you are using an Ethernet,

there was a posting recently that spoke about changing the defaults on 
ethernet configs.

you need to bump the Frame size to 1500k (i think the 400 defaults it to 64k),
and also bump the number of outstanding frames.

maybe that helps a little, starts a chain
