On a model 4xx or 5xx (which BTW is listed in the V5R1 IBM announcement
material as being incapable of running V5R2), they broke the rules for all
products.

Al,

Did they break the rules by selling me a model 400 with V4R5
supposedly "licensed" to it? Or did they break the rules
by including 5769-RG1 and 5769-QU1 as part of the deal?

Or both?

Thanks again,

Charly Jones
