That helps immensely.  We have Castel and that is why I am asking.  We
certainly
don't want to do our upgrade and then start having all kinds of problems.

Hello, Debbie.
We are also using Castel.  As I recall we didn't have to do anything
special.  The licensed pgm just remained on our system after we upgraded
to V4R4.

If you already have it installed, you could save the licensed pgm on
tape so that you could restore it if necessary.

I seem to recall that we put a few PTFs on, as well.  Here is a list of
the PTFs we currently have installed for 5716CP3
SF46983
SF43549
SF43400
SF42739
SF40681
SF39618
SF39556
SF38440

I think we will have to go to CallPath Server before we install V5 (we
are skipping V4R5). Hope this helps.
