Try ending the mail server framework (if it is running) and restarting with
clear option. ENDMSF/STRMSF, also it helps to change the profile that you
are using to send those messages such as "USER1" so that any inbound
messages from the internet spool to the outq. So if your mail is bounced
back, you can see that it happened. There is a lot more to it than this.
Follow the redbook sample and you will find out what it is.
