I'm using Fax/400.  It's OK, once you get the hang of it and write a few
reusable pieces of code.  And get it set up properly.

I recently came off of Biscom, which does the monitor of the outq and the
"get a fax number from the splf" thing.

I didn't really like modifying a perfectly good report program to imbed the
fax info in the top.

If / when I do decide to drop Fax/400, at least I don't have to go fix all
my printer files to remove the imbedded control codes.

Plus...I don't really like dealing with several different vendors to do
stuff that IBM does just fine.

And I get IBM support, which, contrary to what I hear from some, is by far
the best around.  I usually log 2 to 3 supportline calls a week (between
myself, clients, and the irregular DR incidents) and I'm real happy with the
level of support.
