Thanks for all the responses for an API.  After struggling with the
QYASPOL, I punted and tried QWCRSSTS.  Worked right away.

My only problem now is the best way to convert the binary to a decimal.
The TAATOOL (I think it was CVTBIN4TODEC, or similar), only accepts
4 binaries, and the binary number is five positions.
