Try one of the following:

 

1) DSPFD FILE(MYLIB/*ALL) TYPE(*MBRLIST) OUTPUT(*OUTFILE)

 

2) RTVDSKINF - this will collect disk information to file QUSRSYS/QAEZDISK, which you can then query. You can also follow this command with PRTDSKINF in order to print reports.

 

3) The RTVDSKINF/PRTDSKINF can also be accessed from a system menu. Type GO DISKTASKS at a command prompt. Assuming that you have the required authority, you'll see them as menu options 1 & 2.

      Hello All,

            Is there a way to list all the files and file sizes in a given
library?

            I tried the DSPFD with *outfile but the file size is not
available.

            The reason I need this is I would like to know, in descending
order,
            what files are taking up the most room in our production
library.  Then
            I can determine what needs to get done with these files, purge,
etc.

            We are running BPCS version 6.01.01 Mixed Mode.

            Any help, will be greatly appreciated.
