Steve responds:

If the ibm v5r1 rtvjoba will rtn the <=25 library libl into the char 275 var
w/o error and will signal an excp ONLY if the rtvd libl will not fit in the
rtn var, then imo the ibm solution is the correct one.

Rolling your own cpp or rtvjoba cmd will give a shop some addn options: send
a msg to qsysopr or the help desk, punt by truncating the libl, or send an
escape msg.

Either way, it looks like we can all prepare now by increasing the size of
the usrlibl variable in our cl pgms.
