WRKACTJOB would probably have shown them if you had pressed F14.
Disconnected jobs, group jobs other than the currently active ones, and
transferred jobs (via sysreq or TFRSECJOB) are not shown by default.
F14 reveals them.  Ditto prestart jobs, and no doubt a whole host ;-} of
others these days.
