Booth,

In your example I would use the GO command instead of the OCL procedure
MENU.
Since, go figure, MENU is not a command.  To run a procedure from within
CL you can use STRS36PRC.

IMHO, I would replace any OS level procedures with native commands and
only use the STRS36PRC for application procedures.
