We have V4R5 CA/Express running on machines configured Pentium 166Mhz/32MB Ram. These are emulation users - not OpsNav, and performance is good. OpsNav is a hungry beast. I'm currently the only one that uses it. My machine is a PIII 550Mhz with 256MB Ram, and I find it slow. So far, I only use it for configuration changes and working with the IFS. All of the job related stuff is too slow to be useful.
