How do we turn off or block the host scripting using Outlook?

In the past you had to open the attachment.  But for those of us using
Microsoft products, I think you can be at risk just by reading the email
because of host scripting.  I use outlook which blocks scripts
automatically.  I get a newsletter from www.wopr.com which is informative.
