Your best bet is to use an exit program to track times of connections.
The only other option I could think of is to mine the joblogs of the
QTFTPnnnnn prestart jobs on your system.

The free portion of our Powerlock Network Security product will do
this for you.  You can download it from www.powertechgroup.com and use
it for that purpose without paying a license fee.
