John,

I am not advocating releasing the email addr of such a person. ( although I
question why loyal customers have to ask favors of ibm employees to rcv
help ).

There is someone at ibm responsible for the way info center works.  Info
center rants would be more effective if that person was cc'd when the rant
msg was posted.

Same thing with the lpar not running previous versions of os400.  Someone at
ibm is responsible for lpar features. What is that persons email addr? It
should be public knowledge, especially to members of this list who have
legitimate questions and opinions on lpar.
