very small 400s and WebFacing

How realistic is it to want to run v4r5 or v5r1 with WebSphere Standard
Edition (at least v3.5.2) on 436's or small 170's and use the new Web-Facing
feature. Got a friend who wants to web enable some rpg screens, & all the
customers have ancient hardware. If this won't do it, what's the minimum to
run 5-10 local users and light web traffic? With a reasonable 1-3 second
response time?
