You can link directly to the data base, I have some Access apps here that do
just that.
No special utilities, just point it to the AS/400. (I believe the odbc
"part" comes from
client access which by default for most of our users we put in because they
needed it.)

What is the easiest way to get a file from the AS400 and put it into an
MICROSOFT ACCESS database format for a p/c? Are there any utilities on the
