It is not the case since the message is not always for the same IPO address. 
Also, the message gives the MAC address of the conflicting devices and each 
time, they were both configured to use DHCP

  Hello all,

  We recently started to use our AS/400 to serve DHCP adresses. Every thing 
seem to be working fine except that we started to receive error on our 
workstations. The error states that there is a conflict in addresses as if 2 
host were assigne the same IP address. This appens 2 to 5 times a week.

  Did anybody else had this experience?

  If so, how did you solve it?
