Performance problems after upgrading to V4R5

Has any experienced any performance problems after upgrading to V4R5? We
have a 170 which we upgraded on Sunday. Today the users are complaining that
it is seriously slower than before (30 second response time). We have had
similar problems with another 170 that we upgraded but not as bad as this.
