If the
library isn’t too big, find an iSeries with 8mm tape and a high-speed internet
connection. Restore the library,
create a save file, create a save file on your system (THIS IS IMPORTANT), save
the library at the proper release level (THIS IS IMPORTANT TOO), and FTP it
over. If you
haven’t figured out a way to do it in a week, let me know; our new box should be installed and we’ll have both
media. We’ll be happy to do it. -----Original
Message----- I need to get an 8mm tape converted to a
QIC MLR3 25gb. The 8mm is a SAVLIB done back at V3R2M0 or V3R7M0 (I
think). It has a library on it that we need. Does anyone know of a
