Mark: Not too long ago, most of my complaints were that too many books were showing up in PDF form (which I barely stand because there's often no choice.) I suppose the only solution is to make all documentation available in every form. My biggest complaint now is that it's getting impossible to limit what you see. Nearly a third of the window is taken up by headers and footers. Even if you try "Open frame in new window", the new window now reformats itself to pull the extra crap back in, at least in Netscape 4.7 and 6.1. Not long ago, that wasn't happening to me. I have few complaints about finding stuff ever since ignoring everything else and going straight to site map (*without* the NavBar showing which I wish I could default to "Off").
