This isn't a matter of congress. This is in the courts. Unfortunately, that
break up order was vacated by the appellate court and is not in effect. If
the lower courts, i.e. Judge Jackson's replacement, agrees that such a
measure is necessary then it could be reinstated. I am hoping so (but I'm
not betting on it).

Well, I forgive you for not posting it earlier. ;-)

Actually, what I thought I had posted long ago was the time line page from
the DOJ site.

But I can't find a record of when I did. It could be that I was posting it
to a newsgroup and my memory of it was just wrong. I know I posted it
somewhere, because I went and got it to post. The remedies papers are part
of the District Court filings.
