Title: CICS Operational Values
Thanks all who answered, we found the settings and have not heard a peep form the user(s) so it must be working! Since the priority was set to 50 I guess I can understand why they were yelling about speed.

Subject: CICS Operational Values

We are trying to tune our production CICS region and in consulting the Redbook it suggests the following:

Execution Priority 15
Time Slice 2000
Deferred Wait 30

Problem is we can not figure out where these values are set! Has anyone come across these values or know where we should look?
