Agree - someone gets a reputation for griping about how businesses mistreated 
them is unlikely to be hired by most other businesses except the unscrupulous.

One place that hired me had had a question what I most liked & disliked about 
my last job & I said it was the same thing.  I love working on a project to 
get wonderful new software to help the end users & I will put in whatever 
hours it takes to get the job done, but after a while I get tired of not 
getting a rest between projects & no thanks for putting in 80 hour weeks.  
The hidden agenda for the folks who hired me was "Here is a person who is 
ABLE to put in 80 hour weeks & still perform."
