We have a file with names of terminals that we get from DSPOBJD of *DEVD type.
We need not maintain it, just regenerate it.

What we using it for is related to BPCS creating work areas & file menbers 
based on terminal names that do not exist any more.

Unfortunately this *OUTFILE is nor really supplying configuration address 
port type info.
