Phil, most lists always set the reply-to back to the list.
The Midrange-Jobs list, however, sets the reply-to back to the poster. I believe David set that up per the nature of that list. *Normally*, which doesn't seem typical given the kind of message traffice we've seen in the past few days, if RecruiterJoe posts a job opening to the list, a prospective recruit would likely want just to respond to RecruiterJoe and not the entire list. Likewise, if ProspectiveRecruit posts something looking for a job, recruiters or employers are likely only to want to respond to ProspectiveRecruit.
I have finally gotten to the point that when I respond to a post on Midrange-Jobs, I remember to paste the Midrange-Jobs address back in the Send-To.

Does anyone know why some of the midrange lists, when you click reply, reply
to the poster and some (like this one) reply to the list? Is that something
with me or is that something with the various lists? When I reply, I want
to reply to the list.
Phil
