Good grief.  I've moved to the East without noticing a change in the weather
? ;-)

My current belief is that my firewall is the problem; I will try checking
the other box, but isn't this just a load-balancing exercise?

Another thing to check - make sure you select "Eastern Hemisphere" and not
"Western Hemisphere" - apparently the UK is in the east!
