Hello Mark,
this doesn't help, because there is no description for the line dedicated
to OPs console at the level of OS/400, its been defined at DST way
before the OS starts, so all you see is that you cannot use this line
because there is a lock on it.  :-(

Who is to blame for this poor design ?
