Have you ever tried to use the WRKACTJOB equiv. of OpsNav, where it allows
you to look at processes, shared memory, threads, etc. ? I have a feeling
that this is created by that part of OpsNav, and may only get created if you
have *SERVICE special auth. on your user profile.
