I have a new version of RTVCMDSRC with the bug for CRTRPGPGM fixed, as well
as a few other fixes.  If anyone wants it, send me an email.

If anyone knows of any other bugs or missing parms or values, I'd appreciate
hearing about them.  In a few weeks, after any new bugs are fixed, I'll
upload it to as400network.
