One of the best places to look for a list of tools that do a particular kind of
job on the AS/400 or iSeries is the Tools Network;  IBM maintains a listing of
tools vendors, categorized into different groups. They call the process of
"gui-izing" refacing.  There are 11 companies, including IBM, listed under

As far as which one is the best, it really depends on how much time and energy
you want to invest and what your definition of 'pretty' is...  I'd be glad to
share my opinions/experiences off-list with anyone who is interested!
