One of the best places to look for a list of tools that do a particular kind of job on the AS/400 or iSeries is the Tools Network; IBM maintains a listing of tools vendors, categorized into different groups. They call the process of "gui-izing" refacing. There are 11 companies, including IBM, listed under refacing: http://www.as400.ibm.com/developer/tools/apref.html#group2 As far as which one is the best, it really depends on how much time and energy you want to invest and what your definition of 'pretty' is...
