RE: WrkActJob percentages are way off

CFINT is only a part of the problem.  Jobs that run under the MI don't
show.  When your streaming off to tape during a save (apart from the time
after you have allocated or deallocated all of the internal objects to be
saved), the WRKACTJOB system usage shows as zero.

Magic system jobs like CFINT.  WRKSYSACT usually does a better job of
showing what is actuall running.
