Steve, You keep referring to the $8200 for Websphere but, as I understand it, that's the price for your development toolset. The Websphere server (4.0) is actually an additional cost, currently at approximately $11K USD per processor. As others have mentioned, the 1% lease deal with PID is your best bet, if you're eligible.
