Plus, you get a supported, fully featured product, and you support 400 shareware in the process! Of course, you may spend $179 worth of labor trying to get management to approve the purchase. (Been there, done that. Many times.) But, wasting time learning freeware? Personally, I like to see the guts, the source, if only to learn new techniques.
