When the emulator session drops, the host job is still active, with nothing in the joblog to indicate that there was a problem. Nothing in QSYSOPR or QHST either. It *seems* like it's the other way around. The emulator sends a message, expecting a response, then immediately disconnects when it doesn't receive an acknowledgement. John Taylor
