What kind of error do you get? I don't think Norton would do that, but who
knows sometimes...

I was able to download both at home last night.  But I still could not
download either at work today.  Do you suppose the Norton Antivirus I
just loaded late last week is preventing it?  I sure can't find where it
would be.  I disabled Autoprotect and still no luck.
