I can see the things on as/400 in Ops navigator thru client access . I can
also get data in excel using MS query from as/400 .

But when i try the direct option of ( Transfer data from as/400) and use
browse  the fol error comes :

CWBLM0029 : The product no ro release level is incorrect for 5769XE1.



my client is V4R5M0.

When i do a DSPSFWRSC   , i have 2 entries for client access as fol..

 5769XE1   *BASE    5050    Client Access/400 Express for Windows  *CODE
QCAEXP      V4R5M0
5769XE1   *BASE    2924    Client Access/400 Express for Windows  *LNG
QCAEXP      V4R5M0


All these softwares have come with the new V4r5 e-server .

Any idea why is it not working?
