Keith, Whenever I have a problem with a HP laser not printing quite right, I try the HP LaserJet 4 drivers. For some reason this seems to fix some problems, especially with the 4000 series of printers. So you might try changing the printer type to *HP4. This "shouldn't" make a difference, but is quick to try. Chuck <snip> I have a number of HP 2100 network laser printers as IP printers set up on our AS400 using the following setup parameters... <snip> Host print transform . . . . . . . :*YES Manufacturer type and model . . . :*HP5 <snip> The problem that I have is that I have recently configured a HP2200 network laser printer using the same configuration and I am having problems with how the pages are being printed. The output is onto a pre printed form which should start printing on about the 4th line of the page but no matter what settings I change the output is being printed onto the 1st line of the page even if the print program is changed. When I hang the printer off of a pc and create a session in client access for the printer and then print to it the output is correct. Is there something that I am missing here about IP printer setep. We are on V4R5... Tia Keith
