If you really wanted to be sure you could put the subsystem work station entries back the way they were, comment out the STRSBS QINTER from your start up program, and do another IPL. DSP05 should get a sign-on screen. Then start QINTER manually and see if DSP05 gets re-allocated. I realise that may be difficult to make an opportunity to do this - depends how strong your curiosity is.
