Hi Chuck,

Thanks for your prompt reply. I have the serial ASYNC
PC connection and do connect with the Server, except
that the response is when I hit return is, an 'X
System', which I think is that it is trying to
connect.

Does it really look like I'm going to have to do an
Abnormal shutdown and IPL?
