Hi Guys,

We have an IBM 4224 printer that we use to print delivery tickets. I had to
have it moved yesterday and now every time I try to print a delivery ticket,
I get an error code of 01, which is end of forms.  I have unloaded and
reloaded the paper dozens of times and still get the same error.  Does
anyone out there know why this is happening and what I can do to fix it?
The only person that knows anything about this printer won't be back until
Monday.
