Can you submit the reorg job under a user profile with the appropriate
authority?  I generally submit maintenance type job under the profile of the
owner of the object.

We have a few files we need to change the object authority on so that we can
reorganize them in our daily
maintainance program.  These files are always in use during business hours,
and I don't particulary care to
wait around 'til 7:30 or 8:00 when everyone logs off to change the authority
on the files to give QPGMR the
rights to reorganize them.
