LABEL ON COLUMN LIBNAME/FILENAME (FIELDNAME TEXT IS 'XXXXX') will
substitute XXXXX as field level text
LABEL ON COLUMN LIBNAME/FILENAME (FIELDNAME  IS 'XXXXX') will substitute
XXXXX as field column heading.
